Dear friends,

This belief lies at the heart of our volunteer work and the very reason for the existence of our Association.

“Orizontas” was born from the simple yet profound conviction and conscious choice to stand by people in need, with respect, love, and dignity without conditions, without discrimination, and without expectation of return offering multi-level and meaningful support during the difficult moments of life.

We believe in the power of human presence, in empathy, in the importance of “I am here for you,” and in the value of a society that leaves no one behind.

Every volunteer, every donor, every friend of “Orizontas” is a valuable link in a great chain of love and contribution that transforms hardship into strength and hope into action.

At “Orizontas,” we do not only measure actions and numbers. We measure returned smiles, hands held in difficult times, needs that found support, and people who felt they were not alone.

This is, for us, the modern form of service; this is the power of volunteering; this is our mission.
